Coaching

We offer confidential reflective conversations (both one-to-one and with leadership groups) to help leaders reflect critically on their lives and work and to explore creative ways to grow their church communities. We don’t try to give solutions but aim to create brave space for deep and soulful reflection, so that leaders can come to their own realisations and insights. We ask incisive questions and can provide appropriate mental models and frameworks for approaching challenges where appropriate.
